Plant Design
Feed sampled, circuit sized around your ore. Flowsheet, mass balance and equipment list — from DMS and jigging to crushing and screening.
Mpumalanga, South Africa · Established 2013
One team for the whole plant: design, steel, installation, OEM spares, metallurgy and day-to-day management. A cost-effective alternative that has saved clients millions.
About us
Started in 2013 by operators out of the Mpumalanga coalfields. Our metallurgists prove the numbers, our boilermakers build the steel, our managers run the shift.
Capability
Six services, one team. Clients stop paying six suppliers to point at each other.

Feed sampled, circuit sized around your ore. Flowsheet, mass balance and equipment list — from DMS and jigging to crushing and screening.

Steel, chutes, bins and conveyors built and erected by our own crews. Fixed scope, fixed programme, one site manager answerable to you.

Shutdowns, wear parts, screen and liner change-outs, condition monitoring — keeping tonnage and product spec on target, day after day.

Qualified metallurgists in-house: sampling, washability, yield accounting, audits and process optimisation.

Contract mining and ROM supply — pit to plant, bench to stockpile, coordinated with the processing schedule.

Washability, ash and moisture analysis, yield certificates — results your metallurgists and your customers can both rely on.
The commercial case
Processing is expensive because it is fragmented — a design house, a fabricator, a spares agent, a consultancy, a contractor, each with its own margin. We do all of it. Our clients have saved millions.
Built in our workshop, not bought in and re-invoiced.
Same part, same spec, a fraction of the emergency price.
Yield proven before you spend, defended once you run.
Single scope. No gap between suppliers for a problem to hide in.
What we process
Correct cut point, stable medium, honest screening. The rules are the same whatever the feed.
Cyclone and bath circuits sized to your washability curve. We set the cut density, stabilise the medium loop and prove yield against the float-and-sink before we hand over.
Jaw, cone and impact circuits with screen decks matched to the product split.
Spiral and gravity recovery for chrome ore and tailings retreatment.
Flowsheet
The circuit we completed, commissioned and ran in 2025.
Export & logistics
Product does not earn until it is on the water. We run the export leg: stockpile build and reclaim, quality against contract spec, loading rate, hatch sequence and documentation.
To date we have loaded two 75 000 ton coal vessels for an export client, both to contract spec.
Residue
A tailings facility is a plant asset, not a dumping ground. We run the survey cycle, manage deposition and freeboard, build the catwalks and keep the records your inspector will ask for.
How we work
Four stages, one accountable team.

Sample the feed, run the washability, size the circuit around it.

Steel, chutes, screens and conveyors fabricated and erected. One site manager answerable to you.

Cold runs, wet runs, then ore. We hold the plant until it hits tonnage and spec.

Crews, shifts, SHEQ files, production reporting, maintenance and spares on the shelf.
Projects
Plants designed, built, commissioned or run by the G8 team.
Currently building a chrome processing plant, from structure and circuit layout through to erection on site.
Currently building a crusher plant — structure, crushing and screening circuit, erected by our own crews.
Survey cycle, deposition and freeboard control, penstock catwalk construction and return water management on an operating residue facility.
New screen designs developed and fabricated in-house — structure, decks, feed and discharge arrangement — built to suit the material being handled.
Vessel management for an export client: stockpile reclaim, quality control against contract spec and loading of two 75 000 ton coal vessels.
Jig plant completed and commissioned to agreed tonnage and product spec, then managed by our team through production.
